Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh praised today the State of Kuwait for its unwavering support of the Palestinian people and its just cause, as well as its rejection of the Israeli annexation plan.
During a phone call with Kuwaiti Prime Minister Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Sabah, Shtayyeh expressed his high appreciation for the positions of the Emir, the government, the parliament, and all the popular and official bodies of Kuwait for their support of the just Palestinian cause.
The Prime Minister called on Kuwait to play a role in the dialogue with all Arab countries in an effort to reunify the Arab position towards the various issues, on top of which is the issue of Palestine.
On the other side, al-Sabah reiterated his country’s support of the Palestinian issue, saying Palestine will remain the first Arab issue despite all the challenges facing his country and the rest of the Arab world.
