The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) condemned the Israeli occupation army killing of a Palestinian minor in the village of al-Muggyyir, northeast of Ramallah.
OIC denounced in a statement the killing of Ali Abu Alyya, 13, by Israeli forces’ fire during clashes that broke out on Friday in the village of al-Muggyyir, slamming his killing a crime that represents the continuous Israeli violations of the rights of the Palestinian children, which is guaranteed by international conventions and norms, and requires investigation and accountability.
The General Secretariat of OIC also condemned the arson attempt carried out by an Israeli Jewish fanatic on the Church of Gethsemane in occupied Jerusalem on Friday.
OIC said the arson attempt violates international humanitarian law and the Geneva Convention, which forbids the commitment of any hostile acts directed against historic monuments, works of art, or places of worship which constitute the cultural or spiritual heritage of peoples.
