A senior delegation from the Fatah Movement met on Saturday evening with a group of freed Palestinian prisoners affiliated with Fatah in Cairo, reaffirming the movement’s solidarity and ongoing support for its members.
The delegation included prominent leaders such as Mahmoud Al-Aloul, Deputy Chairman of the Fatah Movement; Rawhi Fattouh, Chairman of the Palestinian National Council and member of Fatah’s Central Committee; Azzam Al-Ahmad, member of both the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Fatah Central Committee; Dr. Samir Al-Rifai, member of the Central Committee and Commissioner of Foreign Regions; as well as Raed Al-Louzi, Mohammad Al-Lahham, and Hassan Faraj, members of Fatah’s Revolutionary Council.
Also present were Dr. Mohammad Ghareeb, Secretary-General of Fatah’s Egypt Region; Abdul Sattar Awwad, Secretary of Fatah’s Salfit Region; Abdel Fattah Dawla, the movement’s spokesperson; along with Diab Al-Louh, Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Egypt, and a number of Fatah cadres and embassy staff in Cairo.
Earlier that day, the delegation visited freed prisoners currently receiving medical treatment at Palestine Hospital in Cairo, offering support and checking on their health and recovery.
The visit underscored Fatah’s enduring commitment to its members and the sacrifices made in the struggle for Palestinian freedom and dignity.
