The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates expressed today its support for the Egyptian stance that a framework of negotiations should be followed in accordance with the principles of international law, international legitimacy and the principles of justice and fairness as a way to settle the disputes related to the Ethiopia Dam.
The ministry reiterated in a press statement that the State of Palestine stands with Egypt and its president and people in its good management of this crisis and attempting to solve the dispute in peaceful manners, dialogue and good neighborly relations away from military options, until reaching a comprehensive and binding legal agreement that suits the interests of the three countries Egypt, Ethiopia and Sudan.
