27/8/1982: Commander Saad Sayel (Abu al-Walid), a member of Fatah Central Committee, member of the General Command of the Storm Forces “Al Asefa”, and the commander of the Revolutionary Forces were assassinated during the siege of Beirut in 1982, in the Bekaa Valley near Syria. About a month after the revolutionary forces left Beirut, the martyr from the village of Kafr Qalil near Tulkarm.
