2/6/1982: A Zionist crime against the heads of the municipal councils: Bassam Shak’a (Nablus), Karim Khalaf (Ramallah), and other members of the National Steering Committee established in the late 1970s. The crime of amputating the legs of these leaders at the same time, different injuries and amputations after planting improvised explosive devices in their cars to make sure that this enemy practiced state terrorism every day against our people and our nation.
