President Mahmoud Abbas expressed today his best wishes to the Palestinian people and the Arab and Muslim world on the occasion of the Islamic (Hijri) New Year.
The President expressed his hope that the New Year would bring prosperity and progress for the entire Arab and Muslim world, as well as freedom, independence and statehood for the people of Palestine.
