The war in Ukraine that has been going on for the 10th consecutive day and the tragedy faced by the Ukrainian refugees revealed the true racist face of Israel: “the superiority of the Jewish race” over the rest of humanity.
“You are a Jew and you deserve to live. But if you are not, do not look for life here in the ‘state of the Jews’. Go and die elsewhere.” This is what the Ukrainian ambassador to Tel Aviv, Yevgeny Kornichuk, said at a press conference during which he broke into tears when Israel expelled dozens of refugees from his country who fled the war and refused to accept them, while only accepting Ukrainian Jews.
Kornichuk said his country was disappointed with Israel, which within a few days returned dozens of refugees upon their arrival to the countries from which they arrived.
“They (Ukrainian refugees) came to ask for help. They did not come to work in Israel. They were fleeing the war. But Israel refused to provide them with shelter, even for a short period,” he added.
The government of Israel allocated millions of dollars to receive Ukrainian Jews, but it is not ready to save those who are not Jews.
Israel responded to the Ukrainian ambassador’s statement that “Ukrainians saved the Jews during the Holocaust,” by saying: “The Israelis reminded the Ukrainians of the massacres of Jews by Nazi collaborators and reminded them of the Babi Yar massacre, for which a memorial was built in Kyiv. But Jewish revulsion did not see the change that is happening in that country.”
Israel laments over the Ukrainians. This is true, but only over only the Jews among them and not the others. It sent humanitarian aid as it claims, but what is humanitarian when it refuses even to attempt to save the life of a non-Jewish person?
In Israel, they study in schools how many countries, including the United States, prevented the entry of Jews fleeing the Nazis. But will they study that they prevented non-Jewish refugees from entering Israel?
