This is the 10th issue of the Roots bulletin which is issued each month. June in Palestine is associated with a series of memories and events that documented in Palestinian memory. In this issue of the Roots bulletin, we are going to talk about city of Nazareth, the important events that happened in June including the 1982 Lebanon War was a three-month conflict precipitated by the Israeli invasion of Lebanon, designed to militarily and politically debilitate the PLO. The Naksa of 1967, the consequences of the war have branched out and multiplied in various directions. Perhaps the most immediate and visible product of the war was its impact on Palestinian national consciousness and on the role and standing of the Palestinian people in their longstanding struggle over the land.
