Two diaspora Palestinians have died of corona virus yesterday raising the total dead as a result of the corona disease among the Palestinian communities around the world to 256, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates.
It said one of the deaths was recorded in Italy, the second in that country since the outbreak of the disease, and the second was in Brazil, the fifth corona fatality there among the Palestinian expatriates.
The Ministry said that a total of 6110 diaspora Palestinians have contracted the disease worldwide and 5052 have recovered.
The United States had the highest number of deaths among the Palestinian communities around the world with 76 cases so far, even though no deaths have been recorded there among Palestinians in the last 10 days, said the Foreign Ministry, and the number of corona cases stood at 3676.
