Prime Minister Muhammad Shtayyeh said today that there will be no return to security chaos that once existed in the Palestinian territories.
“We will not allow the return of security chaos, and we will fight all its forms and manifestations that undermine civil and social peace and our internal security,” Shtayyeh told a Fatah security delegation he met at his Ramallah office.
“We will not allow anyone to intimidate, blackmail or violate people’s privacies, as well as shooting incidents at weddings and others.”
The Prime Minister called on people to be united in the effort to face the challenges ahead.
“In light of the difficult political situation and the plots that our cause is facing, we have no choice but to unite our efforts and be all in one boat to face all the challenges facing our people and our cause,” he said.
