Israeli Violations in Palestine
The Israeli occupation forces continued their aggression on our Palestinian people by violations against prisoners in the occupation prisons, Establishing Israeli settlement in the Palestinian territories, military notifications, settler attacks, arrests among Palestinian citizens and children, acts of Judaization of Jerusalem, and racist statements in the Israeli media.
July 5, 2020
- Israeli occupation authorities embarked today on the construction of 164 housing units in the illegal settlement of Neve Daniel, illegally built on Palestinians’ land near the city of Bethlehem, south of the occupied West Bank
- Israeli occupation forces the night before detained seven Palestinian civilians during raids in occupied Jerusalem and in the West Bank, said the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS).
- At least two Palestinian civilians sustained injuries from gunshots after a group of rampaging Jewish settlers opened gunfire at them in the village of Bidya, near the town of Salfit in the occupied West Bank, said the Ministry of Health.
- A Palestinian young man was injured in the face today by Israeli occupation forces, during clashes in the Old City quarter in Hebron, south of the occupied West Bank.
July 6, 2020
- Israeli warplanes Sunday evening stroke two sites to the southeast of the city of Gaza.
- Israel today approved a military demolition order against the house of an alleged Palestinian assailant in Yabad town, to the south of the occupied West Bank city of Jenin
- Israeli forces Monday overnight detained 13 Palestinians, mostly from the West Bank district of Ramallah and al-Bireh, said the Palestine Prisoner’s Society (PPS).
- Israeli bulldozers Monday proceeded with razing Palestinian lands in Huwwara town, to the south of the occupied West Bank city of Nablus, for the construction of a settler-only bypass road
- Israeli municipal staff today handed demolition orders against 30 Palestinian houses in the East Jerusalem neighborhood of Issawiya under the pretext of construction without a permit
- A 75-year-old Palestinian man from Gaza serving a life sentence in Israel for resisting the occupation has died today of cancer, said the Palestinian Detainees Commission, which in turn blamed his death on medical negligence by the Israel Prison Service (IPS).
- Israeli settlers set up a tent on Palestinian land in the Bethlehem area village of Battir, in the south of the West Bank, in what the village mayor said was a prelude for taking over the land.

- Israeli forces detained today at least 19 Palestinians in multiple raids in the West Bank, according to the Palestinian Prisoner Society (PPS).
- Israeli settlers attacked this morning Palestinian vehicles commuting on a northern West Bank road, according to Ghassan Daghlas
- Three Palestinian detainees in Israeli jails are currently on hunger strike in protest against their administrative detention without charge or trial, today said the Palestinian Prisoner Society (PPS).
July 8, 2020
- Bulldozers of the Israeli municipality of West Jerusalem demolished this morning a Palestinian home and a shop in occupied East Jerusalem under the pretext of construction without a permit.
- Israel today disconnected electricity supplied to 19 Palestinian villages and towns, located to the southwest of the northern West Bank district of Jenin
- Israeli forces delivered military orders to seize a plot of land belonging to the farmers of Shufa village, southeast of the northern West Bank city of Tulkarm.
- Israeli settlers torched scores of olive trees in Burin town, south of the West Bank city of Nablus.
- Israeli troops Wednesday evening seized two bulldozers in the West Bank districts of Qalqiliya and Ramallah.
July 9, 2020
- A large Israeli army force raided early that morning several neighborhoods in the city of Ramallah, the seat of the Palestinian Authority, and detained a university student and others
- Israeli settlers sneaked during the night into a Palestinian village in the north of the West Bank and vandalized several Palestinian-owned vehicles
- The Israeli forces detained 18 Palestinians in raids throughout occupied East Jerusalem and the West Bank, according to the Palestinian Prisoner Society (PPS).
July 10, 2020
- A Palestinian young man was shot dead and another one injured last night when Israeli occupation forces opened gunfire at them outside the village of Kifl Hares, west of the town of Salfit in the occupied West Bank, said the Ministry of Health.
- Israeli occupation forces ordered a halt on the construction of two homes in the village of al-Khader, near the city of Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank
- Israeli forces shot and injured a Palestinian young man during confrontations at the entrance of Kifl Hares town, north of Salfit city, said the Health Ministry.
- Israeli forces Friday afternoon opened fire at Palestinians protesting against Israel’s annexation move in Kafr Qaddum town, east of Qalqiliya city
July 11, 2020
- Israeli occupation forces injured eight Palestinians today during a raid of the occupied Jerusalem neighborhood of al-Isawiya, said the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS).
