Israeli Violations in Palestine
The Israeli occupation forces continued their aggression on our Palestinian people by violations against prisoners in the occupation prisons, Establishing Israeli settlement in the Palestinian territories, military notifications, settler attacks, arrests among Palestinian citizens and children, acts of Judaization of Jerusalem, and racist statements in the Israeli media.
The highlight of this week is the West Bank annexation attempts.
May 3, 2020
- Israeli occupation forces last night detained at least 10 Palestinians raids in the occupied Jerusalem neighborhood of al-Issawiya and the district of Qalqilia in the West Bank
- Marking the World Press Freedom Day, which coincides on May 3 every year, the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS) said today that 12 Palestinian journalists are currently held behind Israeli prison bars.
- Israeli occupation forces ordered today a halt on the construction of residential structures and their subsequent demolition. The structures, which include two homes, are owned by residents of the village of Qarawat Bani Hassan, to the west of the occupied West Bank city of Salfit
May 4, 2020
- Israeli soldiers shot and injured last night a Palestinian youth in Aqbat Jabr refugee camp in the eastern West Bank city of Jericho.
- The Israeli army demolished today an agricultural structure in the Jordan Valley village of Tayasir, east of the city of Tubas
- Israel detained today at least 10 Palestinians in raids at their West Band homes, including two brothers, according to the Palestinian Prisoner Society (PPS).
May 5, 2020
- Israeli forces Tuesday notified a Palestinian of their intention to demolish his house in Thaher al-‘Abed village of the Yaabad town, located to the southwest of the northern West Bank city of Jenin
- Israeli forces rounded up early this morning 13 Palestinians in occupied East Jerusalem, including leading figures and activists
May 6, 2020
- Israeli settlers seized Palestinian land in the south of the West Bank in order to build a road for their illegal settlement
- Israeli navy boats opened fire at Palestinian fishermen sailing in the northern Gaza shore forcing them to return to the port
- Fanatic Israeli settlers today assaulted a Palestinian shepherd and stole his sheep near Burqa village, located to the northwest of the occupied West Bank city of Nablus

- Israeli settlers today uprooted hundreds of grapevines in the town of al-Khader, near the southern West Bank city of Bethlehem

- Israeli navy Friday morning attacked fishermen offshore Gaza city
- At least four Palestinians were injured by Israeli occupation forces today during the weekly protest against Israeli settlement construction, which took place in the village of Kafr Qaddum in the northern West Bank

- Israeli forces attempt to remove a Palestinian anti-corona post in south of West Bank
- Palestinians confronted early this morning Israeli soldiers who broke into the northern sections of the city of Qalqilya in the north of the West Bank
- An Israeli army roadblock has for weeks disrupted movement of Palestinian residents of a village northwest of occupied Jerusalem
- Extremist Jewish settlers today chopped down around 40 olive trees belonging to Palestinians in the village of Al-Mughayyir, near the city of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank
