2/26/1948: The Battle of Wadi Al-Jouz in Jerusalem: A large enemy force attacked Wadi Al-Jouz area on the outskirts of the eastern city, advancing from Hadassah, but the Mujahideen of Palestine fought them with full force, failed the attack and killed (12) and wounded (18) others. (3) Children were martyred under the rubble of their house which was destroyed by the Zionists.
