01/26/1952: The Massacre of Bethlehem: The cradle of Christ, peace be upon him, and on the night of his birth, according to the Eastern Christian sects, crossed the armistice line !! Three groups of Zionist occupation forces at one time. The first blew up one of the houses in the direction of Beit Jala, killing the head of the house and his wife. The second attacked a house north of Bethlehem near the Greek Orthodox Monastery with grenades and machine guns, killing its owner, his wife and two of their children, and wounding two others. As for the third group, its target was the town of Amwas, west of Jerusalem, and it rained heavy fire.
